Arrived later and was quickly provided with guest keys and settled into an adequately appointed room for our 5 member family! Hotel was clean, well lit and smell neutral! Enjoyed a game of billiards and refreshment before retiring. Morning breakfast was plentiful, hot and easily navigated with a full hotel! Well done - was pleasantly surprised after reading a recent very negative review. Would stay here again.

What a cozy retreat this was! If you are staying in Madison or anywhere in the area don't hesitate to come here. Helpful staff, stellar breakfast, and heated pool were impressive. The hotel atmosphere was warm and welcoming.

I recently stayed at Comfort Suites Madison West, and it was a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel stands out for its exceptional cleanliness and comfort, which are crucial for any stay. The room I was given was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a functional work area, which was perfect for my college needs. The in-room amenities, including a microwave and refrigerator, added convenience to my stay. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and housekeeping did a great job maintaining this standard throughout my visit. Breakfast at the hotel was a highlight. Friendly and helpful staff, the rooms are large and clean. They offer a very nice breakfast each morning. The pool and hot tub are also nice amenities that are seldom seen anymore. It's an exceptional value to top it off all off!

Loud, had to switch rooms at 2am because connected room next door had TV blasting, and wouldnt answer door or respond to requests to shut up. Also, all the TVs are left on and loud in all the vacant rooms, making the hotel generally loud and annoying.
